The Effect of Exercise on the Total Leukocyte, Absolute Neutrophil, Lymphocyte and Platelet Counts among Sudanese Football Players

Background: Aerobic exercise induces physiological stress on the body and brings changes in hematological parameters. This study aimed to determine effect of playing football as an total white blood cell count, absolute Neutrophil, lymphocyte Platelet counts among Sudanese players.
 Material method: was a descriptive case control study, done number players Khartoum state, Sudan conducted within period from August 2021 October 2021. Three ml venous samples had been collected every participant parameters measured calculated using cells counter (Sysmex KX-21N). 
 Results: When compared TWBCs, Absolute Lymphocytes platelet between cases there significant differences with (P ≤0.05). Also difference group before after one hour =0.00), different age groups ≥0.05).
 Conclusion: Playing for 1 cause increase Neutrophils, Platelets counts. Age variation has no parameters
